一. 前言
為配合節能減碳政策，推動低碳自行車運動，陽明山國家公園管理處訂於9月15日，邀請全民參加「102年陽明山單車節」活動，期望推廣國家公園生態旅遊活動，進而將節能減碳、生態永續概念落實於生活之中。

二. 參與單位
主辦單位：臺北市政府、陽明山國家公園管理處
承辦單位：全億數位科技股份有限公司
贊助單位：台灣美津濃股份有限公司、單車時代、太古可口可樂公司、D2R、鍵燁有限公司、BNB RACK、八煙溫泉會館、山玥新館、陽明山中國麗緻大飯店、派斯克國際有限公司、CHOC IT 巧詣巧克力坊、3M

三. 活動時間與地點
1. 活動時間：102年9月15日(星期日)上午7時至下午4時
2. 活動地點：中山樓青邨停車場
3. 活動內容：陽明山單車節自我挑戰賽、陽明山農特產品園遊會、單車騎乘體驗活動


四. 活動路線

路程：路程全長66.1公里；爬升1,660公尺

路線：中山樓青邨停車場(0 km)→遊客中心→小油坑(5.7 km)→中湖→馬槽→八煙→金山(23.5 km)→台2→大鵬派出所(25.6 km)→北基加油站→北28→香員林→大坪→風櫃口→楓林橋(50.7 km)→至善路3段71巷(52.7 km)→平菁街→菁山路(61.0 km)→山仔后(64.3 km)→台2甲→中山樓，全程約66.1公里

五. 補給站

全程設置3處補給站、1處補水站：
補給站1：騎乘約24.3K - 巧詣CHOC IT巧克力坊
補給站2：騎乘約32K - 天祥寶塔停車場
補水站：騎乘約44.7K - 北29鄕道旁空地(風櫃口涼亭前)
補給站3：騎乘約51.8K - 過楓林橋路旁空地
補水站：騎乘約57.9K - 平等國小

六. 參加對象

1. 具備騎乘自行車能力者。
2. 本活動需滿15歲方可報名，未滿18歲須請附家長同意書。
3. 本活動路程包含部份爬坡路線，參加者請自行評估健康狀況後再行報名；有心血管相關疾病者，不宜參加。

七. 騎乘裝備建議

1. 本活動不限單車車型。
2. 本活動應全程配戴安全帽。
3. 本活動途經山區道路，車輛須具完整之前後煞車。
4. 本活動途經山區道路，車輛須具備前後車燈。
