吳家和粉圓參加2010年的單車豆漿減重競賽
接下來的每一週，我將把減重的心得、歷程放在這邊和我的FB
希望各位車友給我支持與鼓勵
不管最後結果如何，如果能健康的瘦下來，將會是這兩個月最好的收穫

活動第一天一大早就到健康吉美健檢中心進行體重與體脂的量測，
得到了101.2KG / 34.9%的驚人數據，希望在9週的運動及飲食控制下，能有令人滿意的成果

下午穿著車隊新作的車衣，帶著一家人騎單車到八里海邊
舒服的夕陽為活動展開美好的第一頁

回到家把主辦單位準備的火腿蛋三明治嗑掉，這可能是接下來9週內最豪華的一餐了
